SAE Efficycle - A Hybrid Tricycle

In the design phase for Efficycle, a hybrid tricycle competition by SAE India, our team, ALACRITAS from SNU, aimed to create a safe and high-performing vehicle. Features included an under-seat steering system, independent pedaling with electric assist, a payload carrier, aerodynamic styling, and a sportive posture. The 6061 T6 aluminum chassis was lightweight but maintained safety and rigidity. However, unforeseen issues delayed the presentation, preventing further stages. We used Solidworks 2013 for modeling, Keyshot for rendering, and Photoshop for post-processing. Our team of 10 members collectively contributed, with chassis design/modeling being my personal effort. Note: Sprocket chains are missing in the image.
