Saddlebag mount for a Garmin Varia (extra secure)

<p>A mount for a Garmin Varia radar to a saddle bag. &nbsp;I added a slot under the Garmin mount plate for a wire tie around the whole thing to make it extra secure. &nbsp;The downside is that you need longer screws than the ones that come with the unit. &nbsp;You need M3 screws, 8 mm long. The slot is 1 mm x 2.5 mm sized for a small wire tie.</p><p>Printing:</p><p>The best orientation for printing would be on its side to make sure there are no layer joints that would make the two halves of the mount easily separate. &nbsp;But the sides are not flat, so I printed it with the top (edge where to two sides join) down and used supports.</p><p>PETG for use outside with 60% infill for strength.</p><p>Used a .4 mm nozzle with a .2 mm layer height.</p>
