Saddle Vibrator

The base and dome are constructed with simplicity in mind, but not printed as separate components. Both the dome and base feature simple designs. The dome is created from two layers of 3mm plywood bent over two arch frames, one layer at a time, with glue in between. A layer of 1/4 inch dense foam sheet with self-adhesive on one side is placed on top of the ply, followed by a chestnut leather exterior with polished brass handles and connection plates. The base is constructed from 12mm plywood. The electronics are straightforward, consisting of two PWM speed controllers available for approximately $10 each on eBay. Two 10k potentiometers control the speed of both motors, while a 5A 12V power supply powers the system. The potentiometers are attached to a small black project box connected to the machine via several meters of five-core cable. See the PDF document for additional items required, such as hardware, motors, and bolts. You will also need a thin sheet of tin or perspex for the toy plate; I used 1.2mm tin that was readily available. Please leave comments with suggestions for improvement or ideas on how to enhance this design. If you build one, please post a photo (keeping it PG). The toy mount included in this design fits silicone or rubber attachments from MotorBunny, Sybian, or Cowgirl. For added fun, this will also work with the Vac-U-Lock adapter I have designed (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3555996). The control box is a separate component found here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3562714. Version 1.0
