Here is a repair kit for the KTM 690 SMCR saddle. The saddle has a tendency to break under the effect of vibrations. It consists of a U-shaped leg and a wide nut head. The leg is assembled to the saddle with 4 short wood screws and then covered with epoxy resin to strengthen the assembly. Tested by me, the leg is very resistant and slightly flexible (PETG) to resist vibrations.
