I'm excited to share my first attempt at creating a tree for our Wayfarer Tactics gaming tables, with many more to come, I believe. To bring this vision to life, I started with a Customizable Tree that I'd customized using the Customizer tool. Next, I opened it up in Meshmixer and used the drag tool to add some complexity and an organic look, then doubled its size for extra detail. The leaves were crafted with Inkscape, and let me tell you, it took a significant amount of time to attach them all properly. However, I'm eager to refine that process for future projects. My long-term goal is to create an entire forest out of these trees. We've recently set up a Patreon page for anyone interested in supporting our endeavors, which will enable us to continue developing free and open-source games like Wayfarer Tactics.
