Sacrament Tray for 10

We absolutely adore the combo tray created by cdburgess! Our home meetings typically consist of 9 people, so we added two more cup holders to make it even better. Additionally, our sacrament cups necessitated a slightly larger hole, which we've also incorporated into the design. Only the water tray has been modified in this version, but I'm including all the files here for your convenience.
