Sack Pump Nozzle
thingiverse
My original Exped Sleeping Mat featured an innovative design - its bag doubled as a pump, effortlessly inflating the mat in seconds by connecting it to the air intake and utilizing the bag as a power source. Unfortunately, that particular mat ceased to function, and its replacement abandoned the clever and lightweight bag/pump mechanism in favor of a bulky and time-consuming built-in pump system. This innovative project seeks to revive the original functionality by combining a large plastic bag with the top-end of a wide-mouth plastic bottle and a 3D-printed nozzle adapter. The outcome is remarkably swift, capable of inflating my sleeping mat within two gentle 'puffs.' My upcoming creation will be tailored to meet the specific needs of my new inflatable kayak, enabling me to leave its pump at home. To customize your nozzle, utilize the Customizer tool to fine-tune its parameters. Secure your nozzle and bottle-top-end combination to the corner of a large plastic bag using double-sided tape and regular tape - it's essential to apply an ample amount of tape for maximum strength and air-tightness.
