This is part of the Sachs Torpedo Pentasport 5 system, and I'm not entirely sure where it goes because I only have access to the original lever assembly, not the entire device. However, if someone requires this specific component, they should be able to determine its intended location with relative ease. It was originally designed for a bicycle enthusiast who's since lost interest in the project.
