Sabre pirate / pirate sword
thingiverse
Here is a pirate sword for kids: All STL parts are registered on the correct printing side. You'll only need to use brackets for two pieces: * Lame.stl: positioned at the level where piece 01 will fit in. * Protège main: located near the gaps that allow piece 01 to pass through, and it might even be possible to print without any support. The blade is quite large but it prints okay on my i3 Mega; just make sure to position it diagonally. To assemble the parts after printing: * Place piece 01 inside piece 02. * Then attach pieces 01-02 together with piece 03. * Finally, insert piece 04 into the assembly of pieces 01-02-03. I printed this project on a mega i3 and while it's not the most comfortable printer for supports, it worked out great in this case.
