A design based on my Armattan Mongoose Rx and VTx trays has been created to hold a XM+ or similar Rx, and a VTx, or VTx antenna pigtail. It fits snuggly over the rear standoffs and clamps the whole assembly down with the top plate. Given that Bangarang actually has less space than a Mongoose, this design hangs out the back of the frame a little, but provides protection to the Rx by incorporating holes and slots for a single zip tie to hold it down. I recommend using zip ties on the rear arms, paired with shrink wrap to mount the Rx antennas securely. A version that tilts the VTx pigtail to 30 degrees has been added. This design is only suitable for mounting a pigtail, not a VTX directly. This version doesn't have a square cutout for the VTx SMA/RPSMA connector to index into the holder. As a result, a change to the Rx tray was required to accommodate the taller VTx mounting, which limits the space available to pass the battery lead through but should still be possible. A small adjustment on the tolerances for the fit over the standoffs has been made. After printing and installing the angled VTx mount set, aside from minor tolerance issues with the standoff, the fit is perfect.
