Human: Updated sabot base to stand 8 figures mounted on UK pennies, each 20.3mm in size. This versatile base can now be easily slid in or out to position troops in close or open order, perfect for the new Infamy Infamy ruleset by TooFatLardies. Alternatively, it can be used to set a unit in skirmish mode or not. Example units showcase how these bases fit together seamlessly. You can also cut magnetic sheets into 1p discs and attach them to keep the penny bases securely in place. To get started, simply print one base and two L pieces, and you're ready to go! I've optimized the design to ensure a smooth printing process by keeping the bottom of the sabot just over 0.4mm thick. This thickness provides ample strength to hold unit bases firmly in place. During initial assembly or when using specific printer settings, tolerances might be quite tight. However, simply sliding the base a few times should free it up and allow for smooth operation. Keep in mind that results may vary depending on your setup. These sabot bases can be used with any 1p-based units, including 20mm or 28mm figures as demonstrated here.
