Helmet cut into separate parts as shown in infographic, along with full uncut helmet also included. Updated Sabine Wren helmet from Star Wars Rebels series includes Mandalorian rangefinder and is more efficiently divided, allowing parts to take up less space on printing platform and reducing need for printing supports, which saves printing time and filament. Sabine Wren, code name Spectre 5, was a young human Mandalorian woman and Ghost crew's expert in weapons. Born on Mandalore, planet of Galactic Republic in waning years, into Clan Wren of House Vizsla. However, recommend checking your head size and adjusting scale according to it. Recommend downsizing all parts to around 80% (x: 195 mm, y: 248 mm, z: 246 mm with rangefinder and helmet thickness of around 4mm) for average head size and tolerance for attaching cushions from inner side for comfortable wearing. PRINTER SETTINGS: Recommended layer height on FDM printers is between 0.2 to 0.3mm due to the large size of helmet, meant for post-processing. All parts are aligned for easy manipulation. Minimal or no printing supports required for most parts to save time and filament. Optional part for printing is inner rim of visor (rim_R/L.stl parts) with transparent foil for attachment, but requires supports. For reliable printing, also recommend setting a brim to helmet shell parts due to their height and low thickness. ASSEMBLY: All parts described on infographic pictures. For easier bonding process, small holes were created in most of the parts fitting connecting pin part (included as pin.stl). Total 42 pin parts required for connecting all pieces together. If confident, can skip assembly with pin parts and bond pieces directly.
