This cap fits Saab Shelby wheels and Inca 99 Turbo wheels perfectly. Note that PLA won't withstand summer heat, especially when painted black. The bore size is approximately two and a half inches, however powder coat thickness can vary significantly in this area of the wheel. Print a test piece to determine what scale value works best for a snug fit on your wheels. The ideal range should be between 97% and 103% scale. Print with supports enabled, you only need them for the lip facing downwards. The middle section should bridge easily, so make sure 'support bridges' are turned off. I used a support angle of ten degrees in slic3r to get the lip supported. You can print it either way up depending on your preference, as it is optimized for both print directions, but will require supports in either case.
