To make this work, simply sand down the metal pin until it's flush. This decorative antenna figurine/logo only needs spray glue to attach, thanks to its near-perfect press fit design. It's highly recommended to use a removable adhesive since the plastic part will deteriorate and break apart if not properly sealed with paint or another protective coating. Keep in mind that this figurine won't enhance or diminish the antenna's performance but it'll definitely be an improvement over leaving it bare.
