This project's still a work in progress! I'm a bit concerned it might be too tall - I don't want to hit a pothole and shatter my bonnet. This bushing is specifically designed for the strut top mount of my 1999 original Saab 9-3. Its main purpose is to screw onto the top of the strut (M14) and slide up and down in the strut top mount, effectively eliminating any sideways motion that can occur with the stock mounts due to rubber flexing.
