<h2>SAAB NG9-3 MAF Adapter for 76mm Tube</h2> This 3D design is a MAF sensor adapter for SAAB NG9-3 (with B207 engine) when replacing the original MAF tube with an alloy tube that has a diameter of 76mm. This design does not include instructions for a complete 76mm intake system, only attaching the MAF adapter to the MAF tube. The MAF adapter is designed to be "print friendly" and therefore no support structure is needed when printed. <h3>Required Accessories (Besides the 76mm Alloy Tube)</h3> * A "Stepper" drill bit capable of a 32mm hole * Elastic adhesive with strong bonding properties, such as Casco Marin&Teknik or SikaFlex, to attach the adapter to the tube * Two M4 Nyloc nuts * Two M4 screws (10mm or 12mm in length) <h2>Instructions</h2> * Print the body of the adapter (MAF76.stl) using ABS filament. When slicing, turn the object "upside down" to avoid the need for a support structure. * Print the washers (WASHERS.stl) using ABS filament * Use acetone to "weld" the washers onto the top of the MAF adapter body as illustrated in the image * Attach the Nyloc nuts into the MAF adapter body as illustrated. Note the direction, and if the nut cannot be pushed into place, use a screw from the top side to pull it gently into its position. * Use a stepper drill bit to drill a 32mm hole in your alloy tube (note: the tube in the photo is only for illustration purposes, and the actual tube needed is much longer) * Attach the MAF adapter permanently to the top of the alloy tube as illustrated using Elastic adhesive. The shape of the bottom of the adapter should guide it into a right angle when placed on top of the tube. Note the direction of airflow as the adapter is asymmetric * When the adhesive has fully cured, attach the MAF sensor into the adapter using M4x10mm or M4x12mm screws
