SAAB 900 Front Grille Turbo Emblem

Here is a 3D printable front Turbo grille badge for the SAAB C900. This badge bolts up perfectly to post-1987 sloping front grilles, making it a fantastic addition to any turbo'd SAAB. I designed this for my own 1990 SPG and it looks stunning from just a foot away - you can't even tell that the badge was 3D printed! The emblem consists of two parts: the badge itself and the base. The base should be printed in black, with 2 M3-sized holes threaded into it to line up with the stock grille's mounting tab. For the badge, print mostly in black but switch to white filament for the final couple layers to give a professional finish. Then, simply glue the badge onto the base using superglue. I printed both parts in PLA with 100% infill using standard settings. To get the best results, orient the base flat on the print bed and print without support. The M3 mounting holes may need to be reamed with a drill bit so that a fastener can screw into them easily.
