Saab 9-3 (Y3SF) roof antenna cover
thingiverse
The original rubber antenna cover tends to deteriorate and fall apart, making it necessary to remove the roof lining from the inside to install a replacement, which can be a real challenge. So, I've come up with a replacement cover for the antenna that you can easily install from the top after removing any remaining pieces of the old rubber part. My 2003 Saab 9-3 sedan didn't have GPS or a phone installed, so please use this part only if your car is in the same situation because it will cause problems otherwise. Primarily, this replacement cover is designed to prevent water from leaking into the car when the original cover isn't tight or missing anymore. Print the new cover using ABS or TPU. To get a good fit, I had to stretch the part by 5% in both horizontal directions before printing (the vertical direction was fine). Don't use PLA because it doesn't react well to UV radiation.
