These snap clips are essential for securing the rear spoiler on select NG900s and OG9-3 models from 1994 to 2002. The upper portion can be a challenge to produce with FDM machines, typically requiring a minimum resolution of 0.6 or higher. On the other hand, SLA printers should have no trouble creating these clips. After some trial and error, I found that adjusting my filament temperature, cooling settings, and printing speed helped achieve a successful print. The clip fit perfectly, but I struggled to find a strong enough material on my Ultimaker that wouldn't break when snapped into place. To resolve this issue, I plan to print the clips using my SLA machine and provide an update once the project is complete.
