Saab 37 Viggen
thingiverse
Saab 37 Viggen, a combat aircraft with canard configuration, entered Swedish Air Force service in 1971. It replaced the Saab 32 Lansen for attack missions and the Saab J35 Draken as fighter/interceptor. The Viggen's impressive career came to an end in 2005 with the introduction of the new JAS 39 Gripen. The aircraft was built in various versions, including the AJ 37 for attacks, SF 37 for reconnaissance, SH 37 for naval patrols, SK 37 as a two-seat trainer, and JA 37 as a fighter-interceptor. Files are provided for the AJ 37 and JA 37 variants. A scale model of 1:100 was printed at 1:285 with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.12 mm layers using an Ender3. The two-part split design allowed for more detail in the intakes and exhaust, making the glued joint nearly invisible after painting. The image shows the print result from PrusaSlicer 2.0.
