This model was originally designed and constructed in Max 13 near to scale, matching general dimensions within 3% precision. It boasts a wealth of exterior detail and comprehensive cockpit modeling, along with full texture mapping. Animateable landing gear retraction, flaps, landing gear doors, ailerons, elevators, rudder, propellers, tires, and wheels add to the model's extensive animation capabilities. Jointly developed by SAAB and Fairchild, this remarkable aircraft first took flight in 1992, with the final model delivered in 1999. A total of 63 aircraft were produced during this time period.
