Capable of accommodating passengers, this twin-engine plane was engineered to fly at speeds up to 665 kilometers per hour. Collaborative efforts between SAAB and Fairchild resulted in the creation of this exceptional aircraft. Sweden's Linköping served as the site for production, yielding a total output of sixty-three units constructed from the first model in flight in 1992 through final delivery by the end of 1999. Currently standing at thirty-five operational airliners, these aircraft are part of an original total of 63 Saab SF-2000 models manufactured with SAAB's involvement with Fairchild, serving their purposes up until recently.
