This model was originally designed and constructed using Max 13 software near actual scale within 3% of overall dimensions. The exterior features include an abundance of details along with generalized cockpit modeling. A full texture coat covers the model, allowing for optimal rendering in visual representations. Animateable components such as landing gear retraction, flaps, doors surrounding the landing gear, ailerons, elevators, and rudder are incorporated within this comprehensive design. In addition, animated propellers and moveable tires and wheels have been skillfully integrated into the model. Available in multiple formats, this model can cater to diverse users across various applications. An assortment of airline liveries complements the aircraft, rendering it adaptable for usage in both inflight and ground airport animations, as well as simulations or video content. Moreover, it can effectively populate an entire airport scene with accuracy and precision. The Saab 2000 is a specially designed high-speed turboprop airliner that operates using two engines. Capable of accommodating passengers, this twin-engine plane was engineered to fly at speeds up to 665 kilometers per hour. Collaborative efforts between SAAB and Fairchild resulted in the creation of this exceptional aircraft. Sweden's Linköping served as the site for production, yielding a total output of sixty-three units constructed from the first model in flight in 1992 through final delivery by the end of 1999. Currently standing at thirty-five operational airliners, these aircraft are part of an original total of 63 Saab SF-2000 models manufactured with SAAB's involvement with Fairchild, serving their purposes up until recently.
