S9 Sculpfun Cyclonic Air Assist

Hello Following the studies made on the high power CO2 laser (Trumpf laser) I decided to apply the "Cyclonic" effect to my S9 laser. The cyclonic design avoids interference in the airflow and therefore optimizes this for a maximum output efficiency by avoiding pressure drops. It is the new S9 model which has a black metal insert to create an air assist effect (poor) My S9 laser has a 19mm cavity that receives this insert. My piece should also fit the older S9 models if you have a 19mm cavity. The standard 4/6mm air tube is simply inserted into the head tube. As usual, i designed this part keeping in mind the part MUST be easily printable and without supports ! Print them upside down (see picture) After printing, make sure that the laser beam hole is clean and free of burrs. If it is not, the plastic may fuse and vaporise on the laser diode protection lens.
