S7 Edge Z125 Phone Mount

Human: Hardware Required: Four - 1/4-20 x 1.00" Long Cap Screw Four - 1/4-20 Nuts (I opted for Acorn nuts for a touch of elegance) Eight - 8-32 x .500" Long Countersunk Flat head Machine Screw I employed a 1/16" aluminum TIG welding rod to hinge the cover to the body, achieving outstanding results. Other materials with the same diameter could be used effectively. To facilitate lower mounting leg installation, I drilled holes in the body, a feature I initially lacked when printing this design for my own bike. The phone fits snugly into its compartment, and the case cover snaps shut securely unless manually opened. When riding, the wind won't blow it closed while the case is open. The case opens by pulling it towards you when seated on the bike, providing easy access. This design is specifically tailored for the OTTERBOX case, not the phone itself. UPDATE: 02/28/2018 After several months of use, the upper mount has cracked primarily due to over-tightening. However, it still securely holds the phone in place, even with a crack, during vibrations! I plan to reprint this design soon using PETG material. Remarkably, it has performed admirably in Florida's intense sun and rain, despite being printed in PLA. I added extra material to the upper mount stem and incorporated several subtle design updates that enhance fitment and printability. Additionally, I created a second cover featuring my custom "Logo" for fun. If you'd like to show appreciation, using this version with my Logo would be the perfect way to do so!
