S7 Case - Two part

Two-part phone case for Samsung Galaxy S7. It's designed to be printed in two flexible materials. A semi-flexible material is perfect for the holder, and I used Taulman 230, which is still a bit on the hard side. The sleeve needs a highly flexible material - I used TPU rated as shore 90-94A. Both parts are connected with beading (or "welt"). So you have to push the lip of the sleeve into the groove in the holder. The lip gets pulled through the groove, and both parts get pulled past each other. The parts are quite hard to print. The sleeve needs to be printed upright. I added some support to the model, which needs to be cut off with sharp scissors later. No extra support is needed, but you can delete two of the shapes in most slicers if you manage to print without. The actual holder needs support from the slicer. To get the hollow part of the beading right, a 0.17mm layer height is a good idea. To get the holes at the bottom right, I provided a version with some build-in support at the holes. Have fun printing!
