Here's a dock I designed to match a 16mm uplighter pole. It's intended to be compatible with the S6 Edge, but it should also work well on the S4 and S6 models. One thing to keep in mind is that the clips need to have an infill percentage of at least 20% to prevent them from breaking when bent around the pole. Screws are optional. There's also a sound channel and a hole for adding a horn, which could potentially improve the sound output but isn't crucial for this design. To print it, I recommend using a RepRap printer like the Sintron Pursa i3 with the following settings: supports, resolution of up to anything is okay; brackets require some strength when printed at 0.1 with 50% infill. Some important notes on printing this dock: * Brackets should have high infill rates so they can bend freely * Resolution can be adjusted for different purposes but keep the infill rate over 20% * Avoid breaking brackets during printing, which could lead to damaged parts It's worth mentioning that the USB hole might require a bit of force to remove if you're not careful when taking out the supports; applying some glue would be beneficial in this case.
