Reinforced rods and custom mounts for landing gear of S550/S500 multicopters are designed to attach securely to the stock 16mm carbon fiber legs. This innovative modification enhances stability during takeoff and landing operations, effectively minimizing horizontal oscillations that can cause damage to the plastic leg mount on the bottom plate of S550/S500 models. To install, simply print the mounts with adjustable angles using two 15mm M3 screws and nuts. The horizontal rail measures 22mm in length and has a diameter of 10mm; compatible rods include aluminum, carbon fiber, or 3D printed PLA/ABS alternatives.
