I built the propeller using the **S4096 E-flite UMX ASK-21** airfoil. It was tested on the **[Drone Propeller Thrust Testing Jig](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2302071)** and results are below. The print job took some time, but it came out fine with a **[0.2mm extruder nozzle](http://amzn.to/2qQdFvg)** at 0.04mm layer height. I used an **[X-ACTO Knife](http://amzn.to/2pV1sGA)** to clean up the print. Next, I finished the part with a small piece of **[500 grit sandpaper](http://amzn.to/2pTNwic)**. Here are the measurements for a few voltage values (you can also check these out in the images): - **1.5V** weighs **11.61 grams** - **2V** weighs **20.29 grams** - **2.5V** weighs **29.99 grams** - **3V** weighs **42.17 grams** The included files are all shots taken during the test, along with 6 txt files that contain airfoil coordinates, printable STL files and SLDPRT files. If you'd like to use the propeller, make sure you have a couple of **[8520 coreless motors](http://amzn.to/2qPUhi4)**. You can use the SLDPRT extension files if you want to adapt the model to suit your needs. **P.S.** I plotted the airfoil using the matplotlib library for python.
