My headlight suddenly pointed downwards, so I took a closer look at the adjustment bolts and discovered that the nut was shattered. Unfortunately, the nearby auto store didn't have any in stock to replace it. Since heat exposure had warped the part beyond repair, I decided to 3D print a new one using ABS material. After designing it with DesignSpark Mechanical, I placed it from the back and gave a good tug to secure it into position.
