S.T.E.V.E X Gantry for 10mm rod and IGUS RJZM
thingiverse
Made for IGUS 10mm aluminum rods, this clamp can also be used with steel or other types of rods. Use the X_Gantry_Bearing_Clamp_0.01 from CRT's original design. Note: This design uses 8mm rods for the Y axis and 10mm rods for the X axis. The Igus RJZM-02-08 bearing is recommended for the Y rods, while the Igus RJUM-02-10 bearing is suggested for the carrier. It fits snugly in the bearing clamp but may require some force to slide it into place. Update: For users who have installed this design with the End Stop Mounts I made, please download and re-print the model if you experience issues with belt alignment or the X-end stop switch becoming twisted over time. The updated design features a taller model that serves as a striker for the X-endstop switch. Additionally, consider using A and B type timing pulleys instead of the older, larger types, which can be found at https://www.banggood.com/16T20T-GT2-Aluminum-Timing-Drive-Pulley-For-DIY-3D-Printer-WithWithout-Tooth-p-1099142.html.
