The Panton Chair, designed by Verner Panton in 1960, was groundbreaking as it was the first chair entirely made from plastic in one piece. Launched into the market in 1967, it has progressed through various production stages. It wasn't until 1999 that its original concept could be realized – a sturdy, matte-finished dyed-through plastic chair. The seat's comfort is due to its cantilever structure, human-like shape, and slightly flexible material. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, it can be used individually or in groups.
