"s-series" hovertanks (updated)

I updated the three tanks to match the volume of mechs with similar mass. The models have been refined, and normals are now fixed. This improvement reduces collisions, although a few still persist. I also added pegs to the bottoms of each tank, allowing them to hover effectively.
