Human beings are capable of incredible feats of imagination and creativity, but they also have a tendency to take themselves too seriously at times. When we're feeling stressed or overwhelmed, it's easy to get caught up in our own thoughts and emotions, and before we know it, we've created an entire narrative around ourselves that's not entirely accurate. In these moments, it's essential to take a step back, breathe deeply, and remind ourselves that we are human beings, deserving of compassion and understanding. We're not perfect, and that's okay. In fact, it's more than okay - it's what makes us relatable and lovable.
