S-biner locking slider
prusaprinters
I use a Nite-Ize #3 locking S-biner on my keychain, and one of the little plastic locking slider pieces went missing. Rather than buy a whole new carabiner, I designed and printed a couple of these replacement sliders. It's slightly beefier than the original, in an attempt to make it fit more snugly in the locked position.I printed it in generic PETG with 0.1mm layer height, 250 degree nozzle temperature, and enough perimeters to make it solid. I used a brim because there's not a ton of contact area, and it took about 9 minutes to print.
