S.A.R series Top Wall sections bundle. Stack on top of Lower Wall sections (see S.A.R Top Wall Bundle) to get a smooth top of your wall build. Great for tabletop RPG. Due to the height of the walls they offers better visualization of line of sight around buildings than most other wall prints available that are merely visualizing wall boundaries and doorways. Length of wall when printed in 1:1 scale is 60mm and height is approximately 46mm. Snapped into a square of one section on each side it will measure 60x60mm, but in a square of two sections to each side it will measure approximately 111x111mm. In the top and bottom of the walls are some squared holes, and you easily stack the Lower Wall sections with the included squared pins. It will work with the S.A.R Lower Wall sections as. Top Wall sections have no holes in the top to make a smooth topside finish. IF you don't mind seing holes in the top of your wall - just use the LOwer Wall section. Look for other S.A.R Wall sections! - “Battlements” and “Doors” sections are coming soon! S.A.R series will be more to the scale of common 28 mm miniatures for tabletop role playing, than the E-C series I made previously. Feel free to message me for feedback, comments, and request. I would love to hear your opinions! If you need bundles that fit smaller print beds, please message me, and I can upload different bundles or singular objects, but I preserve the right to add a price tag to requested objects I upload (only to prevent me from drowning in request, should the S.A.R prove popular 😉). I include one or more pictures of printed objects, but it may not depict the specific bundle you are downloading but similar designs with similar print results. They are meant as a reference to print results - not as depiction of the specific objects. All included 3D images will be depicting the actual objects in the bundle. Some Assembly Required: In the S.A.R series I try to optimize the print process by designing the objects to print from print bed and straight up at a 90-degree angle, so difficult-to-print parts are reduced. Print will not need support. This approach obviously sacrifices the promise of 3D print of making every possibly print in one smooth process, but printing in small scale and on consumer oriented desktop printers, are not going to fulfil that promise anyway 😉 That’s why I made this S.A.R series – it will require you to print out objects and then assemble them afterwards. On the plus side – apart from better printing results and less use of PLA – the objects can be disassembled for easier storing between uses. These Top Wall sections (and the matching Lower Wall sections) will require a minimum of assembly after print. The Battlement Wall sections will require some more assembly and maybe even some finishing/sanding after print. This is especially true, if you would like to paint the prints, as paint adds to the print and tend to make the print stick/glue 😉 Have fun!
