The round thing that holds your RØDE NT-USB microphone in place when attached to the angle mount. The original part is made of soft plastic, and has a very thin weak point where it connects with the ring. This means that holding the microphone horizontally will put leverage and stress on the weak part and after a year or two it will twist off or break.This part is made to the exact dimensions of the original part, except for the weak part which is made much stronger.
