This is a cover for my Röhm RS 711 milling vice (my model has a 113 mm jaw width). It keeps chips from falling into the laterally grooves, which can be a real pain to clean. If you're unsure whether these covers fit your vice and don't want to waste a lot of material, you can print the "dummy" files first to check the fit.
