RZ Mask Vent Plug

I wanted to repurpose my RZ dust mask as a makeshift medical mask, but I quickly realized that exhaling directly out the vent would render it ineffective. To overcome this limitation, I designed custom plugs mimicking the originals but with no hole for the vent. These makeshift plugs seem to provide an adequate seal and redirect exhaled air back through the filter. I also created an adapter for a generic look-alike mask by reversing the threading. The inside plug features nubs that engage perfectly with the outside vent, ensuring a snug fit. This modified plug measures approximately 19.5mm in diameter.
