EDIT 3: With mounting screws that are a mere 0.5mm too long, the temperature drops by a significant 1.5c during intense loads such as 3d mark and Cinebench. I'm currently utilizing an EK Supremacy Evo, and suspect this effect would be even more pronounced on an AIO or block with a smaller cooling plate. I'd love to hear how others fare in similar situations. EDIT: I've since updated the design to accommodate default Ryzen backplates and mounting screws, while also increasing clearance for NVME SSDs. Following a test install with 20% infill parts, everything seemed successful - but my mounting screws were left a few mm too long, so I couldn't achieve the desired mounting pressure with my capped screws. I'll re-fit it in the next few days. This offset mount is specifically designed for single chiplet Ryzen 3000 series processors. Its inspiration comes from Der8auer's videos on Ryzen 3000 series chiplet locations and hotspots. Using a de-lidded 3600 image, I've calculated precise offsets of +5.8mm on the x-axis and +7.1mm on the y-axis (from the perspective of the socket). I believe this is an accurate assessment, but I'm eager to hear from others who may have more precise measurements. N.B. I've printed the design but haven't installed it on my machine yet, as I'm still awaiting delivery of Conductonaut.
