Ryobi Water pump V2 My old pump burned up after leaving it on with no water flowing though it. When I ordered another I got a smaller one so I designed a better case. The case is a remix from a Ryobi power supply. The pump is a 12V-24V pump and works great with the 18V batteries, Search 12V or 24V solar water pump and look for one similar to that shown in my pictures. The model # of the pump I used is ZYW680 and it is about 41mm in dia. The pump has a sliding bracket, in order for it to fit you have to cut one side of the bracket (you'll see what I mean when yo go to install it) and install it using only two screws through the lower holes. Parts 1 ea water pump 1 ea 3d printed case 2 ea 8-32 x 1 inch screws 2 each 8-32 lock nuts 2 each small electronics screws (to mount battery terminals) 2 each battery spring terminals (search aaa battery spring contact plate) 2 each 22awg ring terminals 1 each mini rocker switch (2.1cm x 1.4cm x 2.5cm) 1 each 8" length of wire (I used 22AWG which is the same size the pump had) The battery connectors have really small holes, I generally take a drill bit that will fit in the holes and use it in my drill to wallow out the hole. If you try to just drill a bigger hole its easy to bend it. I printed mine in black PETG with 100% infill & supports and it printed really well. It used 136 grams of material. Enjoy!
