Ryobi to Ridgid Solderless Battery Adapter
thingiverse
Ridgid contact cart uses 2x 20mm M3 bolts w/ washers that slides through and wedges against the battery contacts to send power upwards, and 2x 16mm M3 bolts to secure the cart to the Ridgid housing. The Ryobi cart uses an M3 nut slid through the bottom and a ~8mm M3 bolt w/ washer that wedges the Ryobi contact. Alternatively, you can drill a hole into the brass and thread the bolt through. The Ridgid brass strips are ~40-41mm long, and the Ryobi strips are ~36mm long. Hopefully the photos provide some reference to how it's assembled.
