Ryobi RTS08 Table Saw Crosscut Railing
thingiverse
Here's a quick table saw track that I put together in Sketchup. This was made for the Ryobi RTS08 8 1/4" table saw, and may fit other saws as well. I used PLA, you could use other filaments too. The track is countersunk for #8 screws (I used SPAX brand for reference) to drill and screw into your track needs - crosscut sled, etc.Print the railing at >50% infill so they don't break. The rail will be a tight fit at first, but don't worry, just coax it into the rail cutout on the saw and sand the back of the railings to get rid of the texture from the 3D printer's bed, and it'll glide with ease in no time. To assemble the railing to get a rail all the way across the table saw, gently trim the corners of the pegs on the ends with filament nippers, and it'll fit into the hole in the center rail with some elbow grease. For final assembly, put some CA glue into the well for the peg, and put the pegs into the hole ensuring they're straight before they dry.
