WARNING: You MUST add a push stick to use this tool safely. Do NOT use this tool without a push stick or your hand will be in the blood zone of the table saw. To add the push stick, there's a pre-countersunk hole on the bottom for a #8 screw to add one, I used the SPAX brand construction screw for it. Here's a quick table saw 90-degree guide that I put together in Sketchup because I'm a dingus and lost my crosscut guide. This was made for the Ryobi RTS08 8 1/4" table saw, and may fit other saws as well. I used PLA, you could use other filaments too.For ease of print, the guide and the rail are one file; you just need to slice it. The end facing up is a 45-degree angle towards the sky to negate the need for supports in the hollowed-out portion - you can put a support blocker in the zone of the guide to save material. It takes it from a ~46-gram print to a ~28-gram print. Do print the guide on >50% infill to make sure the rail does not break (I used the cubic & concentric patterns), and use regular supports. The rail will be a tight fit at first, but don't worry, just coax it into the rail cutout on the saw and it'll glide with ease in no time. To assemble the guide, gently trim the corners of the peg on the guide with filament nippers, and it'll fit into the hole in the rail with some elbow grease or with a clamp. For final assembly, slide in the rail on your table saw, put some CA glue into the well for the peg, and put the peg into the hole. The guide is set up such that you can use a clamp on it, and may be able to fit the clamp into the hollow part of the guide or gently clamp on the outside of the guide.
