Temporary Router Template Guide for Ryobi R1631K Static Router. This guide is designed specifically for using a template to route patterns efficiently. I created this template with the purpose of cutting out a precise sink opening in a kitchen countertop. Since my local hardware store didn't have a compatible template guide for the Ryobi R1631K, I took the initiative to design and print one quickly. The STL file has been calibrated to provide a 1/2-inch offset from the edge of an 8mm straight router bit. This results in a distance of approximately 16.7mm from the shoulder to the center of the bit. For added flexibility, I have also included a .dxf file that allows users to create customized variations based on their specific needs for the shoulder diameter and height.
