Needed to complete a lot of door hinge routing and my primary router was in use. I had an extra base assembly on hand for the RYOBI 18V ONE+ Trim Router and chose to create a template base. The existing template guide, however, featured a standard 1 3/8" OD design. The centering hole was specifically crafted for a press fit configuration, with a threaded nut serving as a secondary safety measure to safeguard against router vibrations.
