A fun little bench power supply that is powered by your Ryobi batteries. Bill of Materials 1) 1x Ryobi battery, either the old 14.4v or the current 18v 2) 1x RIDEN dps5005 or UCTRONICS dsp5005 power supply (https://www.amazon.ca/UCTRONICS-Numerical-Stabilized-Converter-Adjustable/dp/B01LWXAC5E/) 3) 1x Banana Plugs (https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B09CN7CWNN/) 4) 2x Keystone 209 leaf spring battery contacts (https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B06VTPWM6M/) 5) Hookup wire + solder 6) [Recommended, but optional] 1x Switch (https://www.amazon.ca/FBApayipa-Solder-Rocker-Switch-Toggle/dp/B01N2U8PK0/) Tools A soldering iron STLs ryobi144TopPart ryobi18Bottom ryobi144Bottom switchPanel switchPanelExtension blankPanel For 18v battery, print out... ryobi144TopPart.stl ryobi18Bottom.stl switchPanel.stl switchPanelExtension.stl For 14.4v battery, print out... ryobi144TopPart.stl ryobi144Bottom.stl switchPanel.stl Features * Easy to dissassemble, no glue. * Access holes for the dps5005 to unclip and remove if needed * Access holes for the dps5005 screws and labels * switchPanel will work if you get the above switches. If you want to use different switches, you only need to modify blankPanel.stl. * TopPart can be switched between ryobi144Bottom and ryobi18Bottom if you need to. * ryobi18Bottom will fit on both 18v and 14.4v batteries, so use that if you want to use both kinds of batteries.
