The impeller on my Ryobi 1802 leaf blower shattered at the motor coupling. Ryobi seems not to sell replacement impellers for its RBL1802 leaf blower. Others have had success with 3D printed parts but the few designs online required supports and/or do not have the correct thread for the motor coupling. This design is in two parts which can be printed without supports and are glued together to complete the turbine impeller. I printed on a Prusa Mk3 Original printer using Prusa PLA with 30% infill and otherwise standard settings. To mount onto the motor shaft I used some plumber's teflon tape and a fibre washer to provide the correct spacing from the motor and to ensure a tight fit. It blows air beautifully now and seems very robust.
