Ryobi P2905 Patio Cleaner 5/8" Arbor and 5" Shroud
thingiverse
Jailbreak your Ryobi Patio Cleaner! The stock arbor that comes on the Ryobi P2905 Patio Cleaner is slightly too large (⌀0.640") to accept common 5/8" (0.625") hole wire brush wheels, so here's one that can replace it. This project was somewhat inspired by the fact that the official Ryobi wire wheels meant to replace the one on the tool are completely out of stock: https://www.homedepot.com/p/RYOBI-Wire-Brush-Replacement-for-Patio-Cleaner-with-Wire-Brush-Edger-ACWB1/319360456 This is a replacement for the metal arbor in the Ryobi P2905 Patio Cleaner to let it take a 5/8" Arbor Wire Brush instead of the non-standard, slightly-too-large arbor hole size it comes with. This also includes a larger shroud / cover that can accomodate a 5" wire brush, instead of the 4.5" wire brush that comes with it, so a 5" brush would scrape against the one that came with the tool. I recommend printing the arbor at 100% infill in PETG or ABS for strength as it's gonna get some torque. The shroud I ran off at like 40-50% infill out of PETG and it worked fine.
