Due to the manufactures use of rubber that is not chemically restraint the sprayer's pump will run but will fail to move fluid after a few months of use with diluted acetic acid (vinegar) because the original rubber valve becomes swollen, I have trimmed this original rubber valve to get it working so many times it is completely butchered, I had to do my best with guessing some dimensions, my printed valve seems to work just as good as the manufactures.I purposely made the neck of both flaps thinner to simulate the pliability of the original rubber valve. eSun TPE 83A dried it for over 12hrs then printed .4noz, .2 layers, 235C, 50C 20mm/sec, 100% flow, 100% fan , supports
