Ryobi orbital to shop vac coupling

I have a Ryobi random orbit battery powered sander, circa March 2022. It's dust exahust port is about the same size as my circa Christmas 2021 battery powered Roybi shop vac's hose. Therefore, they don't attach to each other. This is a simple tube that can slide over the dust port of the sander and the sucking end of the vacuum hose and provide more dust collecting power.
